BBC demonstrates how it lost to the web

I’m watching BBC news 24 this morning and they have some story about an alleged terrorist who was killed this morning in Lebanon. There’s graphic over which they’re talking is a web page sitting next to a Google tab in Internet Explorer.
It’s obvious they simply searched on Google and then popped up this page to talk over – not about the page – just about the guy in the picture. Why do we have the BBC again?
